OVERVIEW
Oscar Lombana is a Shareholder and one of Salehi Boyer Lavigne Lombana’s Founders. His practice includes First-Party Insurance and Property claims in state and federal court, Third-Party Liability Cases, Complex Commercial Construction Disputes, Slander/Defamation claims, Criminal Defense, Real Estate Transactions, Subrogation, Bad Faith, and General Civil Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Oscar worked as a Partner for a statewide, full service law firm where he handled various types of insurance defense litigation, including First-Party Insurance, Construction Defect, Bad Faith, Third-Party Liability cases.
He also previously served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 12th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where he handled a high volume caseload and conducted over 20 jury trials.
Oscar earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Florida International University. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law. While attending law school, Oscar was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team and founded the UF Law Cuban American Bar Association Chapter (CABA). Oscar also received the Pro Bono Project Outstanding Achievement Certificate, a Book Award in recognition of receiving the highest score in Business Torts, and earned the Fredric G. Levin College of Law Merit scholarship.
