Dayana Hernández is an associate at Salehi Boyer Lavigne Lombana. Dayana focuses her practice in the area of first-party property litigation. Prior to joining SBLL, Dayana gained experience in first-party litigation in an international firm representing commercial property insurance carriers in complex coverage disputes and bad faith claims as well as securing favorable settlements for her clients.
Dayana was born and raised in Camagüey, Cuba where she first developed her passion for law. After moving to the United States, and obtaining her bachelors, in Political Science and Psychology from Florida International University, she attended St. Thomas University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. While in law school Dayana was part of The Immigrant and Human Rights Clinic providing legal and translating services to immigrant human trafficking victims in Northeast Florida. She is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and holds an Anti- Money Laundering Specialist Certification.
